i told pface you were engaged and she was really excited for you.
sorry, but what exactly does polar mean?
Polar is the Polar Heart Rate Monitor I wear to keep track of my heart beats. It enters that number into a formula that takes into account my age, weight, and fitness level.
Then I get an estimation of how many calories I've burned! It's really changed the way I work out - it's easier to set goals and feel as if you've met them. And it focuses me on what losing weight really is: not just a lifestyle change, but a numbers game. Calories burned must exceed calories taken in.
